If you could put a price on it...

How much would you say it cost to raise a 12 year o,d for one year? Not doing clothes shopping just feeding and personal items.
Do you know how much per week/ month your tween is costing you?

I have no idea for that. In the past year (our son is 12, almost 13) we have spent around $4,000 in sports alone, not including gas and time. We spent close to $330 in school lunches. He hasn't really grown, and so we've probably spent less then $200 in clothes.

My medical and dental is the same for family coverage, and so having him on the plan doesn't cost any more than covering my husband and me.
