A facebook, twitter, email or instagram?

My daughter has a Facebook & Instagram. But, she puts it on private & chooses wisely when someone friends her. I check every once in awhile to check it.

my 11 year old has an email.  him and my 8 year old both have a goodreads account and they both have xbox live.  we have the family xbox live though so i can see everything they're doing.  i also know all their log in info for everything.

my son has facebook, but it's not some he checks daily...just enough to keep it

My son has a facebook, but mainly because most of our family is in NY and we are in AR. Anything that happens on his fb goes to me as a text

Yes. My oldest DD and DS have facebooks and emails. We dont do intragram since that a cell phone app and we dont have cell phones with internet.  Both kids accounts are private and can only receive friend request from someone who knows their email. I have yet to see them get a friend request from a stranger. I also check their account often.
