I really hope my daughter gets this teacher

We will find out on Friday which teacher my girls have.  I really hope my oldest gets the teacher with this supply list:

•1.  notebook paper (already have at home)

•2. 3 - one subject spiral notebooks (really cheap)

•3. Pencil box (already has from last year)

•4.pencils (we have a ton at home)

•5.3-4 folders (really cheap)

•6.ink pens (really cheap)

•7. colored pencils (already has from last year)

•8.erasers (already has)

•9.pencil sharpener with receptacle (really cheap)

•10.  2 dry erase markers (easy)

11. Scissors (easy)

I also hope my twins get the same 1st grade teacher as my oldest daughter because she only asked for each student to come with their own pencils, pencil sharpener, and pencil box.  She had everything else.

Most supplies are cheap, I would be more concerned getting a teacher that is GOOD, not the one with the smallest supply list...

Of course......it was just a comment because of all the complaints especially in other posts about how much they have to spend on supplies.

That's pretty awesome that they do that. I have no clue what the schools do with the box top money here. The school doesn't tell us.

That was the same at my son's elementary school.

Now for junior high, it's going to be by class. But the school website has some general supplies to buy ahead of time.

From what i hear she is young but pretty tough and expects the kids that are capable to work at their level to accomplish what they can and push higher.
