My daughter has a problem with using a nasty tone in her voice when she get's upset with me. And she tends to talk to me like one of her sisters. I let her know every time she does this but just can't get through to her. She never uses any bad language

Welcome.  Sounds like she's really becoming a teen.  My daughter (15) does the same thing and I'm constantly having to remind her to watch her tone.

Do you talk to her is a nasty tone? Serious question-- she might think what's good for the gander is good for the gosling.

If she asks for something in a nasty way, tell her no until she asks the way you prefer. If she speaks to you like a peer, tell her that you will speak to her later when she can speak to you respectfully. She can figure out what that means... she's not an idiot.
