Period question...

I know it can take up to 2 years for her cycle to become "regular". I have PCOS so this is a subject I want to keep an eye on.

She just started her 2nd cycle a few days ago. (She is 11, 3 months into 11 she became a young lady, yikes!!!) When counting how long her cycle is, does she count from the first day it starts to the next day it starts? I think it is, but I wanted to double check... Please tell me if I am mistaken.

Thanks!

I don't have a girl, and I've always been irregular. So I have no idea. Sorry.

Here's a BUMP.

Yup.  That is how you count it.
