My older tween is a Night Owl. He always has been... I remember when he started sleeping through the night he would go to sleep at 11:00 pm and wake up at 7:00 am. I figured out early on he would be a night owl. I can always count on him to be the one who can stay up with me on New Years Eve when everyone else falls asleep.

My younger tween is an Early Bird. He is always the first person to wake up in the morning in our family.

She can be both! Sometimes she likes to stay up late and other days she'll get up early!

Ds is like this only because it's summer time, but during the school year he goes to bed early and is up early, he knows he needs that sleep.

They vary.  My teen would stay up all night and sleep all day.  My youngest (10) is an early bird.  My 12 year old is out as soon as her head hits the pillow, and my 11 year old never sleeps.  In fact, we've had to actually talk to her about being still and quiet in her bed if she can't sleep because my ten year old is a light sleeper and was getting no rest at all at night.
