putting a child to sleep in a swing, bouncy seat, carseat or stroller could kill them. and i know the feeling when your baby wont stop crying and you realize that the only place they are not crying is in one of these places. i admit my child is now 16 months old and he is just now starting to be weaned off the swing once he falls asleep. He has been sleeping in the swing since he was a week old i found that that seemed to be the only thing to satisfy him. had i known then what i know now i would never have put him to sleep in the swing before he could easily hold his own head up. i managed to be a lucky mom it scares me to death to think that my child could have died and it would have been all my fault. please if you are thinking of using once of these things to help your infant sleep read this article and maybe if you like go online and look it up for yourself this is real and its not going away.
