Hello everyone, I am pretty new to this group and had some questions. I am 7 months pregnant and in November I am goint to be in a wedding. I have to be back in a size 4, three months after this baby is born. I have a two yr old, work fulltime, and take night classes. So going to a gym is out of the question. I guess my question is...what exercise can I do that is low key and not going to take alot of time out of my busy and frantic schedule? I am already on a descent diet (for being pregnant). My husband and I watch what we eat so our diets are on track. Any advice would be wonderful, thanks!! (Oh, any and all the exercise would be after the baby is born and I am cleared from the dr)

I recommend yoga or pilates.  Both are relatively low stress/strain on your body and they can help you have more energy for your frantic schedule.  Good luck!
