I have a toddler. By the very nature of being a toddler, his food likes and dislikes change every day. He loves apples, but is very picky when it comes to other fruits and veggies. I wondered if anyone had any suggestions for ways to prepare them so he might try them? Also, any good veggie recipes?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I usually don't have a prob with my son eating fruits and veggies...He loves everything. Although, one night he wouldn't eat his broccoli so I told him that they where little trees. So I showed him how to stand them up and then cut them down. I know thats kind of playing with food. But he ate them and asked for seconds on little trees. lol

You should drink this juice I've been drinking. it's like getting a whole days worth of fruits and veggies in 2-4oz a day.. and it tastes great. Its natural with 19 different fruits and berries. go to this website www.mymonavie.com/drinkjuice19 for more info.

Hey Lyra,
My daughter is a very picky eater. Usually when I roast veggies she will eat them. She really likes squash when it is roasted. I will cut it into chunks, put some olive oil and seasoning salt on it and roast it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. You can also put some cinnamon and brown sugar on it, which makes it really good. She also likes frozen corn and edamame with olive oil and seasoning salt on it. That I just microwave for a couple of minutes.
Have a great day,
