Hey Ladies,

   I am new to this group. I am looking for some help on a good diet while pregnant. One that is high in iron and the other viatimins i need and also some exercises i can do to help with this pregnancy. I seem achey all the time soo i thought some exercise might change that but i need to find something that not too hard on the body.

I've been drinking a juice that has 19 different fruits and berries in it.  its a easy way to get the recommended amount of fruits and veggies in 2-4 oz a day.  This juice is high in antioxidants and phytonutrients.  let me know if you would like to get more information or go to this website www.mymonavie.com/drinkjuice19
