Hello fit mommies! My name is Diana, and I am absolutely a firm beleiver in the healthy lifestyle, no matter what your "size!" I have been an avid excercizer since I was 18 years old,(im 36 now) It used to be purely for apearance reasons, I had a couple of disorders like I would starve myself and then work out for hours! But I can honestly say that after the birth of my 1st child in 98 I realized that i wanted to BE healtyh, not just LOOK healthy! I started doing things more in MODERATION, something I NEVER did before! I started working out regularly, but I diddnt die if I missed a few days or even a week or so, I would just do it when I could! I also DIDDNT restrict myself from foods that I loved (Like ice cream! =) I just did it in moderation! Staying fit and active really helps me keep up with myboys, and I have 3 verry active ones! We go to the park and ride bikes, play baseball, fly kites, and I make sure that me and daddy are participating fully! It really makes youre kids feel happy that you want to play with them, not just watch! Im actualy known localy as the "rollerblade girl!" I put my 2 year old in my jogger and I just GO! (I am lucky enough to live in a flat area) But just doing some kind of physical activity with youre baby makes it alot easier to go do it, you dont have to find a babysitter! So ladies take it from one happy to be active mom, Get out there with youre kids, breathe the fresh air,and feel the sunshine and just GO!!!!!!!

Hi Diana, I'm an active mom with 3 boys myself. I know we mommies do a lot of running. I've gotten out of sinc with doing exercises on a regular basis. I usually tell myself I'll get up today and go them. I've found this great new juice that is just like eating a whole days worth of fruits and veggies by just drinking 2-4 oz a day.
