I love almost all cheeses. My fav is Cabbott "seriously sharp" , it is the sharpest cheddar I have ever tasted and I love a good cheese that bites you back when you eat it. I like mine on Triscuit crackers.

Damn it!  Now I want some!

I haven't met a cheese I don't like, but my favorite is Pepperjack.

I love many cheeses. I like to eat them with different crackers and hearty breads. Don't have a favorite. Real strong ones like blue I don't care for. I do like Feta in salads, on pizza and with pasta.

Farmer's cheese, Muenster, mild brick.

Lately we have been eating smoked gouda and cheddar on sandwiches.

There is a Swedish goat cheese, gjetost, that looks like peanut butter and is a little sweet. It is good shaved onto toast. We eat that at Christmas.

I cook a lot with cheese, too.
