Artificial sweeteners?  What kind do you use or do you prefer old fashioned sugar?

I've quit using artificial sweeteners as much as I possibly can - there are so many health issues related to aspartame.  I use sugar, but I watch my intake closely.

Nope I use sugar, It has been proved that artificial sweetners are not good for those with Autoimmunes.

I use Splenda.  It is the only one I'v tried that I like the taste of.  It works well with all my baking recipes.

No artificial sweetners at all  they all give me headaches.  Don't use much sugar either, I really don't like sweets.

 I use whatever sweetner I can get my hands on.  I prefer Equal or the blue one whatever name that is.

I use Splenda and if they don't have that, I use Equal or Sweet and Low but I use Splenda at home for baking and sweetening.
