woo hoo! what did you do to come down 9.2 pounds? and what's your goal?
I think those 9.2 pounds came to me because my scale has crept up the past couple of months by about that much!! Thanks to my FWB who loves to eat and hates to do it alone. lol. Really can't blame him though - I just need to make better choices when he does treat me to dinner that's all.
What a great feeling! Anything special you are doing to achieve this?
I'm following the original WW Points program, but not going to the meetings.
My goal at the beginning was 55 lbs. by my 50th b-day (April 18 of NEXT YEAR), and I set the goal about a week and a half ago, but the loss is actually from 3 weeks ago - which will really be a total of 56.4 lbs. by my goal date.
