I will be at work, the family will be grilling steaks and baked potatoes.  Think I can get them to bring me a plate?

Not at all, it is super easy.

1 lb ground turkey

2 1/2 c. bagged coleslaw mix (not coleslaw, just the shredded cabbage and carrots)

1 Tbs crushed red pepper

1/4 - 1/2 c. teriyaki glaze (depending on taste preference)

Head of lettuce

******************************************************************************************************************

In a large pan or wok, Brown and fully cook ground turkey.

As the turkey is cooking, add in the crushed red pepper

Drain access oil from meat

Once the turkey is fully cooked, stir in cabbage mixture and cook until softened but not limp

Lower heat and add in teriyaki glaze. Stir until fully mixed.

Wrap meat mixture in lettuce leaves and serve over sticky rice or alone.

This honestly takes me 20 minutes to make. Im not sure the exact calorie count but it is pretty healthy, low in fat (fat mostly comes from the teriyaki glaze) and very tasty.
