I'm not. My dd is not. But I have to eat something. Usually a banana because I need the nutrients.

I normally do not eat breakfast or it is something small during the week but on weekends I normally cook a big breakfast for the family and enjoy it.

Eggs, or a breakfast casserole, pancakes, fruit, a cinnamon roll cake, bacon, grits, biscuits.... the never ending list :-)

I don't have a choice about breakfast.  Being diabetic, I have to eat regularly.

I wouldn't necessarily be a fan of it, but if I don't eat something with plenty of protein in it, I get very sick.

I'm  a great fan as long as I don't have to cook it.  I love pancakes and eggs and bacon and grits.  But I'm not hungry when I first get up.

May I ask what causes the problem?

Yes, but not until about 10ish.

For many years, I've thought it was from not having a gall bladder anymore (the sickness I feel is just like a gall bladder attack - can happen when I've waited too long between meals, or when I've eaten high fat or very acidic foods), but although my blood sugar's been testing in normal levels (not great, but normal), I've been wondering if it's from unstable blood sugar levels.  I get checked every 6 months, though, and it's been testing no higher than 108 lately, and as low as 99, so I'm not sure.

Sometimes.  Especially if I'm eating out.
