I have not been doing so hot at loosing weight. So I downloaded a 'calorie counter' for my phone.
Everything I eat, drink or activity I can log each day. It counts it up and tells me how much weight I can expect to loose if I keep on track. I have been using it for 4 days now and it has really helped motivate me.
It was a free ap as well, so that's a plus too.
I have not gained any, but have not lost any more. I am down 35 from last November, but have hit a plateau. I really need to get more weight off.
