I tried for the first time a couple of pairs of Not Your Daughter's Jeans at a Nordstrom Rack in Seattle, WA on Saturday. The first pair were a size 6, and were a little loose in the waist at the back (typical with my shape). The second pair, a different style were a size 8 and they were too tight all over. This brand says it will make you look a size smaller. I felt that this pair made me look like I was stuffing myself into pants a size to small. Has anyone out there had any luck with these pants, do you like them?
I have heard of these but never tried any on. from your experience I probably won't either.
I couldn't even afford just the zipper in a pair of those jeans so no, have never tried them lol.
I don't care for those jeans. Have you tried New Religion or Lucky jeans?

I haven't tried True Religion or Lucky Brand, but think those would appeal more to my 20-year-old daughter. I don't wear pants that have a low rise, as they make you look wider. I have a waist and like to emphasize it. Usually I get my jeans at Kohls or JC Penney, and never buy pricey jeans. I was looking at the NYDJ as they are not aimed at younger women, and at the Rack are a really good price.

Lucky makes several very nice mid-rise jeans that are very flattering. They are not all low-rise.
When you look at how often you wear a pair of jeans, they are really not that expensive. But that is just me, I do have a limit I will spend. I try to stay under $100 for jeans.
