Take a class in something you always were intrigued by. Do something nobody would ever thing you'd do ( I'm not yet 50 but- I joined a choir and am having the best time).

Are you married?  how old are your kids? Any of them live at home? Do you work? Do you have a church?

you can do whatever you want at 50, or 60, 70...Learn a new hobby, take college classes, learn a new skill.  Learn Tai Chi, take Yoga classes, study the Kama Sutra.  Learn about a culture/faith/philosophy totally opposite from your own.  Watch the Olympics and pick a sport to learn.

Whatever you want.  I took up riding a scooter,  I like to read, I also recently went ziplining.  Don't let your age define you.  You can do whatever you want to do.
