Arthritis

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Take in the morning, ½ hour before breakfast, and before bed.

It's been reported that a study done at the University of Copenhagen with 200 arthritis suffers found 73 of them totally pain free in one week and most of the others who could not walk or move around were walking without pain in one month.

High Cholesterol

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups tea

Reported to reduce the cholesterol level in the blood by 10% within two hours. Three doses a day may decrease cholesterol to normal levels.

Heart Diseases

Paste of honey and cinnamon.

Spread on bread in place of jelly or jam every day for breakfast.

This can reduce cholesterol, relieve loss of breath, revitalize veins and arteries and strengthen your heart.

Cancer

Take three times a day for one month.

Prepare 30 minutes before bed. Drink ½ cup. Refrigerate the rest. First thing in the morning, take the other ½ cup. Wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast.

Bladder Infections

1 teaspoon honey

2 tablespoons cinnamon

Mix in a glass of warn water and drink.

Indigestion

1/2 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Take before food to relieve acidity and digest even heavy foods

LifeLock 2

Upset Stomach

1/2 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Gas

1/2 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Hearing Loss

1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Take in the morning and before bed.

Skin Infections

Equal parts of honey and cinnamon.

Apply to the affected area. Cover with gauze. Try for eczema, ringworm and other skin infections.

Pimples

1 tablespoon honey
1/3 teaspoon

Mix into a paste. Apply to pimples at night. Cover with a bandaid. Wash in the morning with warm water. Repeating daily for two weeks can remove pimples from the root.

Insect Bites

Equal parts honey and cinnamon.

Mix into a paste and apply to insect bites to relieve itching or sting.

Bad Breath

Equal parts of honey and cinnamon.

Mix in warm water. Gargle in the morning.

Hair Loss

1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Warm olive oil

Mix together to form a paste. Apply to hair in the bath. Let stand in your hair for 5-15 minutes. Wash hair.

I knew that cinnimon was good for all kinds of things but I did not know that it worked even better in combination with honey.

Peanut butter and Honey is my Husbands favorite Sandwich to take to work.

 I take cinnamon capsules for my blood sugar.  Hasn't helped my arthritis though.

Honey and cinnamon are wonderful for your health, as is pure coconut oil, raw apple cider vinegar and lemons.
