I think it's time for something sweet...

Have you ever made a Dump Cake? Share your favorite, easiest desserts....

This is my favorite one.

Pineapple-Cherry Dump Cake

1 can crushed pineapple- drained

1 can cherry pie filling

1 box yellow cake mix

butter

In a baking dish, dump in the pineapple, then evenly spread the cherry pie filling over the pineapple. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the top of the cherry pie filling. Dot with pads of butter. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until it's bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Here is a couple of my quick go to recipes when I don't have a lot of time to make something:

Quick Fruit Cobbler

1 can(21 ounces) fruit pie filling,any flavor

1/4 milk

1 cup Original Bisquick

1 T. Sugar

1T. margarine or butter,softened

1.Spread pie filling in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place in cold oven. Heat oven to 400 degrees;let heat 10 minutes.

Remove casserole from oven.

2.WHILE pie filling is heating, stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by six spoonfulls onto warm pie filling. Sprinkle with additional sugar if desired. When using apple pie filling I sprinkle with a little sugr and cinnamon.

3.BAKE 18 to 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

And heres is another of my favorites:

Impossible Easy Coconut Pie

1 cup flaked or shredded coconut

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup Original Bisquick

1/4 cup butter or margarine,softened

2 cups milk

1 1/2 t. vanilla

4 eggs

Whipped topping if desired

Papaya or mango slices,if desired

Directions:

1. HEAT oven to 350 degrees.Grease pie plate. 9x 1 1/4 inches(deep dish)

2. Stir all ingredient, except whipped topping and fruit, until blended.Pour into pie plate.

3.Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife iserted in center comes out clean.Cool 5 minutes. Garnsh with whipped topping and papaya. Store covered in refrigerator.

CHOCOLATE CHERRY DUMP CAKE
from www.cooks.com

2 cans of cherry pie filling (21 ounces each)
1 box of chocolate cake mix
2 sticks of butter, sliced into 12 pieces each
2.25 ounce bag of chopped pecans
1/8 cup white sugar

This recipe is so easy and so delicious... a twist on regular dump cake.
Preheat the over to 350.

In a 9 x 13 cake pan:

Dump the 2 cans of cherry pie filling into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the box of chocolate cake mix evenly on top of that. Distribute the butter slices on top of the cake mix. Spread the pecans evenly over the butter and cake mix. Fianally, sprinkle the sugar over all.
Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes and serve warm!

This is also delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
