My computer went down 2 weeks ago and I took it to the shop. Once I got it back and tried to hook it up, I found my router had been fried by a thunderstorm while it the 'puter was in the shop. Once I got a new one, I tried to hook it up but nada. My provider sent out a tech guy this morning who got me up and running, bless him. It's going to take me a while to get caught up but I'll try to get back in the groove soon.

I had 4 viruses and some other issues (don't understand what they were) and my CD-rom was broken. He cleaned up the visuses and other issues and replaced the CD-rom all for $70. I love my computer guy.

Welcome back. I hate computer problems. My dd just splurged on a Mac because she is sick of having constant problems. 3 weeks after she purchased it the Mac quit!
