Why is it that on days when I could sleep in, I'm up even earlier than usual. :(

I have totally off today- don't need to go anywhere, don't have laundry- there is cleaning I could do but don't have to- and I was up even earlier that usual.

use reverse psychology.  I do.  LOL.  If you get up earlier on your days off, then on the days you HAVE to get up, it will feel like you are sleeping in!

I ised to feel that way when I was working, but since retiring I find that I get up early every morning by choice.  I like the early mornings and can get done what needs doing and then have the rest of the day to do what I please.  Rarely does 6:30 AM find me in bed.

I ended up having to clean up after a cat that threw up, including on some of the bedding,  then I did take a nap. :)

I bet your mind and body is more relaxed knowing you don't have to get up as early, yup, that's what it is!
