Going back to school

My husband and I are contemplating taking an 18 months course to be a surgical technician.

Times are forcing us to make a change at our ages to survive.

What do you think about that?

I think its a great idea and wish you both good luck!  Me and my husband are kind of in the same boat as wanting to go back to school for him and going to college for the first time for me.

I want him to go and get his pharmacy tech. certification so he can stop working so hard as a CNA. He has the back ground and has his med tech certification,I don't think it would be hard for him at all.

And I'm going to start class in January for culinary arts and buisnesss management. Hopefully,if DD is in her own place by then and is able to have her son back.

Its scary to think about starting something new at this stage of our lives but its also exciting!

Go for it.  It's never to late to start something new.  I started college at 40 and it didn't hurt ma any.

I know a lady who does that. She works long yucky hours but makes really really good money.

You gotta do what you gotta do to survive.
