I too am a Jambalaya fan and also like a shrimp po'boy.

Theres a lot of variety. Its not all about the heat :) Lots of soul food.

I don't get much. There's shrimp and grits that I get sometimes, but I don't know if this is cajun.

I have never had real Cajun food. I just tried a Jambalaya recipe. Flavor was good but the rice didn't cook well in the crockpot. I'm gonna try it again and cook the rice seperate.
