I also made the homemade hot chocolate. I want more chocolate taste too it though! Think I could add cocoa powder to the mix and extra powdered sugar?

I know not all of you know what I'm talking about, lol! Its from the blog "One good thing by Jillee".

The honey ambrosia butter was really good! You have to like honey!

The butter sounds good. I saw a recipe for cocoa that instead of cocoa powder, you add milk chocolate chips..that should give you the chocolate taste you are looking for

I'm only a mild fan of honey.

About the hot chocolate,  try adding just more cocoa powder first and see if this is what you have in mind.

To make a homemade cocoa mix have more of a chocolatey taste, add an additional tablespoon to three tablespoons of your cocoa powder, chocolate chips (as previously mentioned) or semi-sweet chocolate shavings.  I tend to want a deeper chocolate flavor, less sweet, so I would steer away from adding additional sugar until you get your chocolate ratio the way you like it.  If you use the chocolate chips or the semi-sweet chocolate, you are going to be adding sugar anyway.  Add a little, taste test, adjust....
