Chicken and dumplings are simmering on my stove for dinner. Well,the chicken and veggies are,I haven't dropped the dumplings yet.lol  So whats for dinner in your house today?

Not sure, some sort of Italian pasta dish and salad.

Crockpot beer bbq'd pork chops...It will be be served with rice and veggies. :)

Taco Bell.  2 taco supremes and a side of chips and cheese.  I was too tired to think about cooking tonight.

Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and goat cheese wrapped in bacon. Steamed broccoli and garlic butter biscuits.

They were awesome!!

Spray the inside of crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Put 4-6 partially thawed pork chops on the bottom of the crock pot.
In seperate bowl put 1 cup brown sugar, 1 jar of BBQ sauce, and 1/2 can of beer. Mix well.
Pour BBQ mixture over pork chops.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
ENJOY!! :)

I ended up making baked chicken with herbes de provence, and wrapped in bacon. and a side of alfredo noodles
