a Will? We had wills done by a lawyer when Cassidy was a baby. Now that she is about to turn 21, we are going to get our wills redone. A lot of people die intestate (without having made a will) and that can be messy, and relatives end up inheriting stuff they never would have wanted certain people to have. Also people end up fighting over the estate, and lawyers end up making money.

no, I have nothing of real value so I have never bothered to make one. If at some point I do get where I do have something beside the clothes on my back, I will.

I don't. I know I should but really I don't have anything to fight over. It's always been known that my sister would take the kids. Now that they are older, it's really a non-issue.
