Do you have a favorite way to get your exercise?

 I have favorite ways to get exercise and was wondering if you do. How about when you were younger?

Now my favorite thing to do is the stationary bycicle. I find it tons of fun. I also like to swim.

When I was younger it was all about running. I loved to run.

 Walking, I am a walking fool like Forest Gump is a running fool. I could walk for miles.

Dancing.  I like moving to music.

I have always enjoyed walking outside for exercise, and still do.  When I was younger (remember aerobics classes in the 80's?) I belonged to a fitness studio, but have always hated exercising with other people.  For my upper body, I do pushups and have some hand held weights. Thanks for reminding me -  I need to get better about using those regularly.

Walking and hiking for me as lon as it's not hot, which isn't too much of a problem in the NW. I also love using free weights. I really want to try paddle boarding.

I like walking and I have an eliptical.  I used to love to dance but since I started having problems with my ankles I've stopped dancing.

I used to love to walk and could and would walk for hours.  I still try to walk, but I neither go fast or far anymore.  When I was young I was either on my horse, my bike or in the pool.  I did aerobics for a long time but have to admit I am very bad about exercising anymore.   I do some of the exercises with the Wii and that's about the size of it.

When I was younger I did free weights and aerobics. Now, walking and weighted exercise hula hoop.

I've never enjoyed exercising much.

At one time my fav way was lifting weights.

At another time swimming before my sinuses got in my way.

Now it's dancing or walking with a friend I can talk with.
