What is your DREAM date restaurant? What would you order?

I would love to go to one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants, I just think that would be a great experience. I have no idea what I would order, because after watching Hell's Kitchen so much, there are many things that he creates that might be interesting.
Locally, The Orginal Seafood Company in Ann Arbor. I would get Crab Legs, of course.

I see your from Michigan? Do you ever make it down into Ohio? There is a great place for crab legs that would put Seafood Company to shame. We go to Port Clinton/Catawba Island to Mon Ami's for a crab leg dinner. OH! SO GOOD!
My dream date restaurant would be Mancy's Steakhouse in Toledo, Oh. The best!
