It's Totally Chipotle Day!
Do you use Chipotle Peppers in any recipe? Wanna share the recipe.....
I love them too!! I only have one recipe that calls for them. I just freeze them and pull them out for this recipe.

Chipotle Chicken Pasta
1 box Penne pasta
1 1/2 T. veggie oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken
1/3 C. onion, chopped
1 t. minced garlic
2 C. Alfredo sauce
2 t. chili powder
2 t. Maple syrup
1 T. Chipotle pepper in Adobo sauce- one pepper
bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cooked pasta according to package directions. Saute cut-up chicken in veggie oil until middle is no longer pink. Remove chicken. Saute onion with garlic in same pan until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients expect bacon and then return chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta. Mix in bacon.

I've never bought them- not sure how to use them, and when I see recipes for them, I'm not sure about how to buy them. When I look on the shelves it seems there are different kinds. I should just take the leap and get some.
Are they hot? My husband doesn't like hot food.
