I do stretches, have an elliptical and bounce on my ball chair at work.

Neat!  I don't know what a ball chair is, but I know what an exercise ball is.

My ball chair is an exercise ball that sits in a frame with wheels.  I got it for my back.  I was in a lot of pain because I had a vertebrae that was out of alignment.  The physical therapy people told me to sit on a balance ball to help the pain.  The ball wasn't high enough to work comfortably so I got a chair with the ball in a frame.  The back of the chair comes to below my shoulder blades and there are no arms.  It builds upper body strength to help pull your spine up.  It is very difficult to slouch and lots of fun to bounce.

Les Mills Body Combat

It is like a bunch of different martial arts moves put together to music. Has a warm up & cool down & stretch. Then in between "fights" LOL.

Punching, kicking of air. It is a great work out. Plus a great stress reliever. :)

I will add a clip.

Wow! It does look like a good workout and stress reliever, and some defense skills also- would you say?

Thank you for the description. I am going to keep this in mind as an alternative chair for me, too.
