that you were proud of them?

I think it is important that they still hear it from parents no matter what age.  I know I like to hear it and Im nearing up on 50.  I know my Dd22 likes to hear it..... So when was the last time?

Monday when I talked to him on the phone. I usually try to throw that out there. He makes me very proud of him on a pretty regular basis but I do try to tell him. I love you comes ALL the time.

I'm pretty sure last May when she was initiated into Phi Kappa Phi honor roll society and got straight A's at college.

I need to tell her again and fill her cup up.  ; )

Almost daily. Directly to her and to others about her. Shes a wonderful person.
I always told my son as well......although he hasn't spoken to me in quite awhile now.

Perfect timing on your post here, Esme!  I just spent a few hours yesterday afternoon with my daughter and told her a few times how proud I am of her!  Had you posted this yesterday, I'd have had to sheepishly say I don't know when I said that to her.

Nice, Im sure it never gets old.  Was he at the wedding?  Did you say something to upset him or is he just doing his own thing?
