I recently boiled a half dozen eggs and Wednesday evening had 2 of them as deviled eggs.  I have a head of romaine lettuce and plan to chop up a couple of the hard boiled eggs and serve with the romaine with bacon pieces!  Also love them in chicken salad, ham salad, etc.

I love eating them while they're still hot, with a little melted butter and some S&P!!  MMMMMMM!
