It's a spin off of a recipe I saw Rachel Ray make but I made it much easier for the average person, lol. I'm not even sure if it would be called a casserole. I just dice and brown 2 chicken breasts, boil some maccaroni noodles, drain the noodles, toss in the chicken, and add a bottle of my favorite ceasar dressing and mix it all up. I throw it in a 10x13 baking dish and top with 2 sleeves of crushed Ritz crackers and bake it on 400 for 15-20 minutes just to brown the crackers up. It's a big hit in the house, even my super picky 14 year old son likes it, lol.
