  1. Eat a good breafast
  2. Blet out your favorite song
  3. drink water
  4. eat nuts grab a handful of almonds
  5. Do a down dog (yoga move)
  6. Grab some cinnamon stick to chew on or a piece of pepperment
  7. Get moving
  8. Let the sun shine in
  9. Have a healthy snack
  10. Hang out with some up beat friends
