I have to have my coffee, OF COURSE. I also get in my CM time in the morning.
AND a shower in the morning seems to be the best thing to help me wake up!

So long as I get 7 hours of sleep and not too much more, I'm wide awake when I get out of bed.
To help me get out of bed, though, I have 3 alarms - my alarm clock which snoozes for 9 minutes at a time, and then 2 smartphone alarms. The first is my friend Brian, reading "mush," and the 2nd is of Johnny when he was 9 or 10, yelling, "WAKE UP" lol.
Still, with all that, some mornings I keep hitting the snoozes and don't crawl my butt outta bed "on time."
I get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. I wake up on my own about 6, 6:30, go get my coffee, check my e-mail, spend some time on CafeMom, and do some household chores. I'm a morning person so if I don't get something done in the morning before noon, then I do nothing! Next, I put my make-up on and decide what my day's agenda will be. Have a great day, ladies!
During the summer break. I like to walk early, it wakes me up. When I go back to work, I take a shower to get moving. Always have to have some tea too :)
I do like to have a cup in the morning, relax before starting the day. I do manage to wake up just fine without it, too, but a cup of coffee in the morning is my usual routine whether I am tired or not.
There is nothing really that I do to help me wake up. I hate coffee & don't drink things with caffeine on the norm anyway. I just get up & get moving.
