Holy cow! i swear this perminenopause thing is totally zapping my energy.  I wake up in the morning and all I want to do is sleep for another hour.  Once I get up I'm on the couch and want to just sit there for about 2 hours till my energy kicks in IF it kicks in.  Does anyone else feel that way? I've heard it said once you're IN menopause the energy comes back.  Dear Lord let that happen soon! :)

Energy and menopause?  Not here.  I never felt more tired in my life then when I went through menopause.  Good luck.  You might want to try to Vitamin B12 to help boost that energy.  Also, cucumber slices can help!

I didn't know that either.  I'm going to try them.  I've been exhausted, but have been dealing w/ some arthritis pain (that gets worse during the night) for over 2 months now.  Lately I've been getting more restful nights than sleepless, but I'm still short on sleep.

I have been exhausted this week. Soo sleepy and I have been having a good nights sleep this week.      I used to go for B12 shots that really, really, helped.       Now I take a adrenaline vital support, iron, B12, and magnesium vitimins everyday.  They really help alot!  I can tell when I dont take them.             Im due for the chiropractor, my skeletol system is out of whack and I am getting headaches. I think that is why I am so tired.

All of the time!!!!!!! I forget to take my vitamins daily too so I know that doesn't help. Even coffee isnt doing the trick and has begun to taste icky to me :-( Like Im drinking poison for breakfast or something (lol) I will tell you this........ the days that I force my self to get 30 minutes in of exercise the better I feel!! It gives me a second wind or something! Try it!!

B12 definitely help as well as exercise. But being perimenopausal seriously does suck.
