I love it! In fact, I'm craving it today for some reason. What's an exotic food or ethnic dish that you love?

Yum! Me too Suzi! I especially love roasted red pepper; I can skip the pita bread and just eat it with a spoon  : p   I'm the same way with pico de gallo.

It has a sweetness to the broth, and the beef it put in raw, sliced very thin so it cooks once it's added to the hot broth. They serve bean sprouts, Thai basil and jalapenos to stir in raw. Add some hoisin and a little hot chili oil and YUM!

I just had Indian food a couple of weeks ago. I haven't tried this dish yet. I always have Tiki Masala. There was this really yummy veggie dish with okra and onions in yellow curry that I loved, and lamb cooked in spinach sauce. I'm not sure what it's called, but I loved the spices!

I love Indian food, like chicken biryani and jasmine rice and I love, love, love PHO, my favorite is the meatball soup with all the fixin's and the spring roll with fish sauce..( not a fan of the peanut sauce they serve with it..)
