Depends, bert!  Are you trying to bury an axe or just telling it like it is?

It would depend on what it was.  There are a lot of things I havent told my kids about their Dads past.  They are all very negative things but they dont have anything to do with my children and even tho I cant stand their father, I respect that they care about him and try not to influence their feelings about him. If it was something that might affect the kids now or in the future, I would tell them.

Good ? I was told by couple of people that for the boys to understand why i feel the way i do with their dad is to tell them the true. So I think both Bj. I think I'm doing it now because I'm mad, I know that's not a way to go..

Nope, Bert, trust me; wait until the anger passes.  It is way to easy to hurt somebody that hurt you.  Doesn't make you a better person, know what I mean?

It's not good, but what if they find out later in life and be mad it me because I didn't share this with them. just wondering

Is it something that has to do with the kids? If not, then I don't think they need to know. I understand you're upset, so why not just write it all out, then burn it.

It depends on what it is because the dad could tell them just has much as you can. So if they get mad at you depending on what it is you can always tell them it wasn't your place to tell them. Again it depends on what it is. Good luck, and I do agree with BJ wait till the anger has passed.
