 I am sitting here in TX (but it feels like hell) and sweating my ass off!! I know I said I wanted to lose weight and sweating with the oldies would be the way to do it but I was meaning Richards Simmons DVD not your massive heat wave.. What is going on with you? Are you and Father Time fighting again? Did baby New Years keep you up for a few months? Did you have an affair with the devil and he got mad at you for going back to Father Time and making us all pay? Whats the deal woman??

Do you know my poor fur babies can't even go out because the deck is so hot it burns their pads? Hell I was thinking about grilling my dinner on a rock out back to save electricity...If a chicken laid a egg it would be hard boiled as soon as she lays it and if I had a veggie garden I wouldn't have to worry about steaming anything as you have taken care of that..

Ease up a bit and send cooler weather not this 110 in the shade weather..

 we are dry and hot here too, so I get it!!  this time of day we don't even go out except to take out the trash or check the mail!!

It is cool today but it is supposed to be about 100 by Thursday here in Ohio.

 They are saying we cant use our larger appliance such as washer, dryer, dish washer  until late at night or first thing in the morning because we have to conserve energy..It's too hot to go outside from 12pm to about 7pm..

HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!

I will take the cooler weather any day!!

Nice and cool here too....but it's not going to last, we have more heat on the way.

I would never be able to live in Texas Dana!!!  I've heard the horror stories about the hot humid weather that lasts too long there!

 The kids and I went to cali one year end of july first of august, and I had never even heard of brown/black outs, and there it's the same they can't even run the swamp/ac during the day!  it sucked!!!!

 I hate to see mine as well.. WE had to go get window units to help cool our house and believe it or not it is still 88 in my house... My windows all have shades and we keep no lights on and we have fans blowing as well.. This heat makes the houses feel like ovens...
