Vent a little to the hubby, take a bath or grab a wine cooler. sometimes if it really really bad, I go to bed and leave a "Do not Disturb" on hte door.
well thankfully know but i have in the past i think just some alone time maybe a show you enjoy watch or move maybe talking to someone about the day can also help.. i had more stress when my oldest two dds lived at home boy those girls could be a one way ticket to stressvile... so i totally understand what you mean.. although some of those times a friend and a nice glass of wine sure would have been great:)
My day today is not so much stressful as it is quite melancholy :P I feel as though I could cry at any moment. I'm trying to keep busy , but just all the noise from the kids I can't seam to clear my head. I'll get past it, I'm sure. We Mom's are like that! Hugs to you. I hope that your day picks up :D
I usually watch tv, read, or exercise which lets me vent it all out physically and I feel better.
But really, the run is the key!
It WAS a good morning, that took a wrong turn. This will help:
