DD and I decided to do Zumba tomorrow instead of today. Last night's body conditioning class (with over 100 push-ups total) kicked both of our butts. My glutes are killing me. We were supposed to do Zumba today and another conditioning class tomorrow. Guess we go to plan B ; ) (rest up and shop) In my defense, I ran 5 miles yesterday and did a 3.5 mile walk/jog this morning. Now I'm just plain tired!
