Fried chicken, meat loaf, chili, casseroles. All of the good comfort foods. It had been way to hot to cook here....my house would get up to 85 from using stove and oven. Now fall is upon us, it is time to cook and gain a few pounds!

i can do that!  I grew up next to the navajo nation and those were always a treat for me!  I learned to improvise them a bit so I could make them at home.  they're time consuming but in the end so worth it!!!

Any thing with beef. I quit eating it and now my husband thinks he can't either! I always tell him it's ok eat it! But he won't even buy it. I feel bad about it. It was a choice I made for me. Not every one.
