I had to call the passport office to get information on renewing the children's passports. I hunkered down figuring it would be a LONG wait to talk to a real person since I was calling a govenrment office. But i was wrong! With in 4 min... yes I timed it... I had a REAL person on the phone!

That was a fluck....they aren't doing their job right. I thought there was a mandantory 10 min minimum wait for any gov service. Keep it quite...they may lose their job. Lol!7
