I just saw a short special w/Trace Adkins about Wounded Warrior Project. I think this is the bestest thing ever! I give THANKS for these men & women for what they have given so that we may live free and express ourselves..(sometimes in odd ways but STILL we can). Wounded Warrior Project is a wonderful program! They helped my nephew Mark when he came back from Iraq. He was in the Army, a tank driver, and was badly burned/injured in an attack.
I encourage everyone to give, even if it's just a little, to support our men and women who have served our country and paid with their bodies and spirits.

We have a Wounded Warrior Battalion on base and it's nice to volunteer and talk to these guys who gave up a lot to protect us.
