Ladies,

I decided to join the Shred Revolution.  Check it out.  It is a 6 week eating program that uses ordinary food.  I am on day three and not hungry.  So doable.  Anyone want to join me in this?

my goal is to lose 20 lbs before I have a hysterectomy.  then I just want to not gain any weight while I heal.  Then, I want to do another 6 weeks to shred the last 20 lbs.  I also have some stresses in my life:  moving to a new town, selling a house, building a house, not feeling well.  I am still going to do this.  I know I can do it.  Someone, please partner with me and be by support buddy.

You know I was going to, I have 15 pounds I want to shed. I went to the local Target, that's all we got and the book though advertised as being there wasn't. 

I have successfully shed the unwanted pounds before. It's actually pretty simple. Reduce intake, cut sugars and add weight bearing exercises. I started that. I have lost 2 pounds so far...it will take a little longer this way but I think will be more successful for me.
