Do you think its possible that when a person lies ...........................
That it actually can come true even if its a little white lie?
For example if a person calls in sick and they are not really sick and they get sick several days later. Or someone uses a family member as an excuse and then something happens.
Have you told a little white lie and it came true several days later?
I've seen this happen before for both positive ("she carries herself a little taller") and negative (child gets sick). I think it's related to the power of words and intentions. We all need to be thoughtful about what we are putting out into the energy of the universe.
Well, if your sick of work then it's not really a lie, lol. Sorry couldn't help myself.
I don't believe in Karma, voodoo, or all the other stuff people subscribe to. I do believe in coincidence though.
Quoting sahlady:
well..... along the lines of white lies.... if I tell my friend she looks good in a particular dress, she will carry her self taller and more assured. Therefore she actually WILL look good in the dress.
That type of "lie" is more of an encourgement rather than a lie..
I have always felt that if someone will tell a small lie then they will tell a big one as well. I always found it funny when I talk to someone who has lied and I will ask them the same question, worded differently the story changes.
I believe karma plays a silent role in this and was taught never to lie about anyone or use anyone because it could change their course in life....
i try not being caught up in a lie, so I avoid it.. It was always hard for me to call in to work mainly because I work so closely with these ppl my mindset was they know Im lying. I've gone years without ever calling in sick.. Yep, proud of myself...I have gone in to work not feeling well and felt I should have called in which is not good either...
