I've mowed my lawn, cleaned up dog messes (ok, in reverse order), but I still need to rake pine needles out of my flower beds, bathe my dogs, get some "real" exercise. But I'm not feeling very motivated, and my lower extremities have been aching for the past two days, and I'm not sure what's going on. I was awake most of the night because my legs had a deep ache. It's definitely not muscle strain. And I have a 12K race a week from tomorrow, so I need to get out and run; I don't have time for this nonsense!
