food, activities, rituals for your kiddos when they're sick? Kurt brought Han vitamin-infused gum  when he came on Saturday, and it was a fun distraction and actually helped settle her stomach. Have I said lately how amazing he is? My mom made me drink warm liquid jello - oh the horrors!!

I rub DDs temples... I know talk her through it on the phone... LOL...

 Warmed blankets (toss them in the dryer for a few) and ice chips...and as much Mommy time as necessary/wanted.

I heat the blankets too! When I was a sick kid my mom would let me drink tea with lots of sugar. I let Han sleep in my bed when she's sick (because it's on the main floor, and her bedroom is upstairs). She loves my king bed, and while I don't have a tv in my bedroom, I let her watch dvds on the laptop.

Chicken noodle soup,, crackers,, peppermint tea with honey,, sliced green apples ( has to be green,,they help settle a upset tummy )

 they used to make these bear pops that I would give sweetpea when she was little, they helped w/sore throats...not sure if they still make them.

Other than that she gets chicken noodle soup, back rubs and just plain babied lol...
